Warm greetings and welcome to the web site of MIPS.
Modern is one of the vibrant and proactive institutes in our country which is providing world class education in pharmaceutical and management sector. We are dedicated to provide students with the skills, knowledge and attitudes that will allow its graduates to succeed as pharmacist’s and entrepreneurs. We maintain a vital, state-of-the art research enterprise, which provides its students and faculty with opportunities to create, interpret, apply and disseminate knowledge. We are committed to provide the highest levels of industrial training, project experience and expert instruction to help our students meet intellectual, ethical and career challenges. Since I am also the director of two pharmaceutical units based in Indore (Modern laboratories and Nandini Med. Lab. Pvt. Ltd), we belong to one of the few institutions in India that can provide industrial exposure to its students at different levels. At our institutes, we are developing and training students to meet today’s challenges and prepare them for tomorrow’s opportunities.

Group Director Message
Lt. Col. Dr. Vijay Kumar Gautam
Lt. Col. Dr. Vijay Kumar Gautam, M.Sc. (DS), B.Ed., LLB (Hons.), MBA (HR), & Ph.D. (Mgt): He is multifaceted personality having served for 25 years in the Army in India and abroad, joined his second profession of teaching. As a passion to this profession, he had honor to receive Gold Medals for best Ph.D. award and best Research contributions. He has a counselor for IGNOU and ICFAI and now Ph.D. Guide for DA University and HUA, Florida (USA).
He is also involved in social governance and heading number of NGOs at a national and state level. Since 2002, he is fully involved in industrial training and had conducted “N” number of MDP/EDP/FDP in national and multinational companies and educational institutions. He has written almost 40 papers on national and international issues and published there books and 12 monographs on various subjects of management and holistic personality development. Presently, he is also engaged in turn around strategy.
